Henrik Johansen — Founder & Managing Director

Henrik brings more than 30 years of international leadership, sales, and trading experience across B2B and B2C markets, commodity trading, project management, and building-materials and IT sales. He has held senior leadership roles — including branch and department management, business-area management, and company ownership — in multiple industries, and has led international trading and retail operations in South Africa, Hong Kong, Denmark, France, Portugal, Finland, Malta, Mexico, and Turkey (1999–2016).

His experience directly relevant to this strategy includes: property management and investment as Ejendomschef (Property Manager) at DK Investering & Ejendomme ApS, Denmark (2014–2016); management consulting on investment, trading, and corporate strategy as Director of Colonial Trading Services FZE, Dubai (2004–2008); and B2B department leadership — covering sales strategy, key-account management, and project delivery — at Bauhaus ApS and STARK A/S in Denmark.

He holds an academic background in sales and marketing and has developed strong organizational discipline and crisis-management skills through Danish and international military service (1984–1990) and as a full-time firefighter with Århus Fire Department (1991–1992). He operates professionally in both Danish and English.
